Mickey Shah is the founder and chief solution architect of Innowera. Mr. Shah is responsible for product design, delivery and technology that drives Innowera's enterprise class software.
Mr. Shah is an SAP techno-wizard with a passion for simplifying complex problems and driving efficiencies via automation. In last 20 years, Mr. Shah worked on assembly languages, mores codes, flat databases, 3d vector and raster applications, codeless business application running in DOS, CAPI control applications at US Census Bureau in Washington D.C etc. Later he spent over a decade implementing SAP for large corporations like Rockwell Collins, International Papers, TetraPak, Applied Materials and Tesoro Petroleum in North America and Europe and implemented over half a dozen full life cycle SAP go-lives and upgrades in world class enterprises.
With more than 2 decades of in-depth experience in Information Technology, Mr. Shah has an intimate knowledge in and around SAP, Office and many sub-systems. He designed and developed numerous applications running on Microsoft and SAP business platforms.
Prior to starting Innowera in 2007, Mr. Shah founded and designed Winshuttle in 2000.
Mr. Shah holds Bachelor's degree in commerce with Gold Medal from South Gujarat University and is Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Dean is a leader, communicator, and collaborator who has spent his career enabling companies to grow revenues, improve profitability, and implement comprehensive sales strategies. Dean spent over 20 years building, rebuilding, and leading sales organizations in the high-technology industry at companies such as Hewlett Packard, Polycom, Cisco, Amdahl, and IBM, etc. As an entrepreneur, Dean has invested time and capital in start-ups and early stage companies focused on growth in industries such as healthcare, energy, technology, manufacturing, and real estate.
Dean is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
Sanjiv Shah is an experienced technology professional with focus on business. Majority of his career was spent with Motorola in various roles. At Motorola, he was Sr. Operations manager with extensive experience dealing with key customers and their deliverables. Managed deployment projects for key accounts like Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Telefonica Brasil, Tata Telecom India, China Unicom, Telstra Australia, Plus Poland and America Movil Dominican Republic. He also successfully developed and sold testing services to all major US Wireless Operators. Immediately prior to joining Innowera Sanjiv also worked as a revenue manager for a growing Texas based real estate company.
Sanjiv holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois at Chicago and holds an M.B.A. from University of Dallas in Supply Chain Management.
Brian leads and manages the marketing team, digital marketing and growth initiatives as well as the marketing and sales operations at Innowera. Brian is an entrepreneurial executive with over 20 years of expertise in sales and sales management, digital marketing and go-to-market strategy for software and B2B SaaS solutions. Brian's background is growing and optimizing revenue capabilities in sales and marketing. Brian started his technology sales and sales management career in CRM and business solutions with AudioNet later purchased by Yahoo and has consulted to and directed sales and marketing teams focused selling to Fortune 1000 and midmarket companies in most vertical markets.
Brian graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with majors in English and Business Administration from Spring Hill College, and holds certifications with leading SaaS technologies for sales and marketing.
Khalid leads Innowera direct sales organization for the US. Khalid brings over 12 years of experience in direct sales, operations management and business development. Khalid is instrumental in building the strategy and internal processes, and providing and developing the talent of the sales teams and its infrastructure. Khalid brings experience in sales, operations management, and business development in a variety of industries, including Retail, Oil and Gas, and Consumer Packaged Goods. Khalid's experience includes providing front line sales and marketing services to major brands like GSK and Wrigley.
Khalid holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Keller Graduate School of Management in Irving, Texas.
