Enterprise Sales Manager

Job description:

Key member of the sales team reporting to the Director of Sales, this role will be responsible for creating sales leads and driving sales opportunities for Innowera’s software products. Role has a combination of inside and outside sales functions with potentially 15-25% travel.

Major Functions:

  • Achieving revenue and new client goals

  • Identifying and calling on potential new customers

  • Creating value propositions that meet the customer’s needs

  • Developing ongoing customer relationships and upselling where appropriate

  • Maintaining customer data, sales activity and forecasts in a CRM system

  • Interact with other internal team members to carry out sale process

  • Representing Innowera at local and national shows and meetings

Desired Skills:

  • Must have Software Sales experience. SAP background would be big plus

  • Must have account management and business development experience

  • Should have experience documenting detailed sales pipeline related activities within CRM tools

  • “Hunter” skill set with a strong desire to win.

  • Strong phone and communication skills. The discipline and energy to maintain high level of sales calls on daily basis

  • Good presentation skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish, French, German or Portuguese is a plus

  • Ability to work with a team. Out of the box thinking for the betterment of staff and company to maintain the positive work     environment

Senior Solutions Engineer

The Sr. Solution Engineer combines technical expertise with business acumen to effectively interact with current and potential customers. S/he needs to assist our customers in the implementation and support of our streamlined products. This person will be responsible for analyzing the customer request and determine the feasibility of the solution using our products. This individual will be also responsible for creating specifications and assigning to other software engineers. We are looking for a person that provides on-site and off-site product training to customers and partners. This position will interact directly with our customers including many Fortune 500 companies for reformed professional services.

Responsibilities:

  • Run and Own Proof-of-Concept (PoC) activities introducing Innowera’s products to new / existing account.

  • Act as subject matter expert for Innowera’s technology to support sales, marketing, and training teams.

  • Co-ordinate with the development team and provide constructive feedback for improvements or new features.

  • Reproduce and troubleshoot issues to determine root cause and create solutions by diagnosing and fixing technical issues.

  • Communicating directly with customers, verbally and in-writing

  • Manage the support team and / or work efforts for better tracking and efficiency.

  • Assist Sales team for software related pre-sales initiatives with customers.

  • Support marketing in the creation of technical marketing content which highlight new products and features to be used in website, newsletter, and other external publications.

  • Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.

  • Deliver product training to domestic customers through webinar or on-site.

  • Perform technical presentations at customer meetings and conferences

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Information Technology or related field from an accredited college / university.

  • Should have minimum 3 years of professional experience with SAP

  • 1 year of SAP ABAP, Data Conversion and Migration experience is desirable

  • Background in SAP modules like SAP MM, SD, CRM or HR is desirable.

  • BDC/LSMW programming or related automation tool experience will be plus.

  • Excellent written and communication skills; ability to explain technical topics in simple terms; ability to manage client expectations.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Readiness to travel, 10% travel annually

  • Local Candidates preferred – Irving, TX (Dallas).
