Through skillful execution of all things associated with delivering on marketing plans (pull + push alike), you will support Innowera’s revenue and marketing ROI objectives. Establishing marketing execution excellence, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of campaigns, events and assets effectively and efficiently. This includes assistance in planning and goal setting, creative production, programmatic execution, and iteration. You will have the appropriate Marketing Operations experience to ensure, data, segmentation, targeting, processes, measurement, reporting, consistent communications and acquisition integration run smartly and smoothly. Top-of-funnel qualified lead delivery, nurture, and pipeline engagement and acceleration are yours to execute, along with key internal and external assets.
You will apply your demand and operational experience as well as leverage current best practices to create cascading plans, test and iterate program tactics and assets, and optimize for efficacy, repetition, scale and return on marketing investment. Collaborative relationships will be built across business unit marketing.
Run cross-channel campaigns. Develop, implement and execution of these campaigns in coordination with internal subject matter experts, and using that content and messaging to deliver effective campaigns and programs that generate demand for sales teams and/or brand recognition of Innowera
Develop a broad range of content in support of lead generation and brand awareness activities in coordination with other marketing team members, including: campaigns, case studies, white papers, sales tools, speaker presentations and webinars, web copy, email and newsletters content, articles for trade publications and blogs, tradeshow content and planning
Manage the hands-on day-to-day execution of marketing plans, deliverables, and action items for Applications Business Unit and product lines.
Closely monitor performance of the website and continuously make improvements (SEO, PPC)
Coordinate with internal marketing colleagues on digital activities including: advertising campaigns via social media and other paid publishers, search engine marketing and search engine optimization programs. Coordinate, develop and execution of several events
Manage multiple campaigns from budget management to conception and launch through evaluation.
Manage relationships with agencies, internal relationships, 3rd party relationships, and others as needed
Report on the effectiveness of all campaigns and make recommendations
3-5 Years of Business to Business (B2B) Marketing Experience
Experience running digital campaigns required
Lead generation experience and experience driving traffic through digital channels required
Experience with SEO, PPC, SEM
Experience utilizing Marketo Automation Software
Understanding of the SAP ecosystem and ability to produce technical content
Experience creating content and driving traffic through social media
Software and technology field exposure required
Affinity using data to develop and plan successful marketing campaigns.
Candidate should have experience using an analytical approach to decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing Required
Self-starter and results driven: This is a hands-on role and you must be comfortable creating and delivering on projects with limited resources.

As an integral member of the Innowera Americas sales team reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this will be a true Player/Coach role responsible for net new acquisition (new logo) bookings, strategic account expansion, lead follow-up and development, and mentoring and managing the extended Americas sales team. Role has a combination of inside and outside sales functions with potentially 20-30% travel.
Achieving bookings and new client/logo goals
Lead development and enterprise field sales
Identifying and calling on potential new customers
Leveraging deep domain knowledge and existing, relevant network of customers and partners
Creating value propositions that meet the customer’s needs
Developing ongoing customer relationships and up-selling where appropriate
Maintaining customer data, sales activity, and forecasts in a CRM system
Reporting accurate pipeline, sales activity, and quarterly forecast projections weekly
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales process accordingly
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Representing Innowera at local and national shows and meetings
Must have 7-10 years of Enterprise Software Sales experience.
SAP background required
Must have account management and business development experience
Experienced Field Sales Professional
Should have experience documenting detailed sales pipeline related activities within CRM tools
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
“Hunter” skill set with a strong desire to win.
Strong phone and communication skills. The discipline and energy to maintain high level of sales calls on daily basis
Good presentation skills
Bilingual in Spanish, French, German or Portuguese is a plus
