With almost everything encrypted, and with the ability to put password protection just about everywhere within Process Runner, you can be rest assured you’re secured.
If you have a layout that is intelligent – we have equally capable mapping and looping options. Bottom line – you do not have to change your Excel layout. We can run that fancy layout in SAP as is.
Automatically tackle those larger than life (aka 999+ lines) financial documents with our Dynamic Row Splitter (DRS). ABAP is not needed to implement and this works straight out of the box.
You can now automatically adjust and split long text from Excel (which could be 65,000 characters long) to match what SAP wants. All of this can be done at run time while keeping your Excel data intact – no coding required, just pure Process Runner magic at your fingertips. Now that makes Excel and SAP work in perfect harmony!

Automatically send email logs to yourself. This is a nice feature when you are running Process Runner jobs from your server – who couldn’t use one less RDP a day?
Open files from SharePoint even when it is on the cloud.
Publishing Web Service is just a click away. You can then consume from Nintex, SharePoint, etc.

When data in SAP is in more than one table, you can join them and get them in one call.
You can now also get very large record sets for those demanding reports that need to see anything and everything.
When a SAP screen has (conveniently) forgotten to provide you with how to find something on the screen, we figured out how to finish that job with an outside-in approach. You can Find Value on a SAP screen at run time and decide what you want to do, i.e. change something else on that row or simply download that structure value to Excel.
Worried about the wrong updates? Back up what’s in SAP by auto downloading the values which you are going to mess with.

We’ve added support for the new way SAP GUI 7.4 stores logon information. Upgrade to the new SAP GUI, and you will be good to go.
Support for single sign on with SNC, HTTP, as well as HTTPS enterprise portal authentication – one less password to remember!
Nervous about accidently running something in production? Tell Process Runner to send you a warning message if you run anything in those systems.
