Q.6 What Innowera Technology Modules are available in Process Runner LITE?
A.6 Process Runner LITE will allow the user to use transaction module, however GUI Scripting, BAPI, & Data Extraction will only be available in our Evaluation and Full Versions.
Q.7 If I download Evaluation version can I then switch to LITE version?
A.7 Yes, if you decide to try our evaluation version you can switch to Process Runner LITE at the end of the evaluation allotted time. Similarly if you decide to start using Process Runner LITE and then would like to try evaluation version to see other options, this is also supported.
Q.8 Will I still have access to support using Process Runner LITE?
A.8 Process Runner LITE users will have access only to online Process Runner LITE web help and our online community discussion forums. Technical or customer support is NOT available for Process Runner LITE.
Q.9 Do I have to install anything in my SAP system to make Process Runner LITE work?
A.9 No, you do not have to install anything in SAP to make Process Runner LITE work. Once you install Process Runner LITE on your desktop, it will work if you have required SAP authorization.
Q.10 Does Process Runner LITE use SAP security?
A.10 Yes. Process Runner LITE cannot overrule SAP security. If you are not authorized to execute something in SAP, you will not be able to execute that function with Process Runner LITE either.
Q.11 Can Process Runner LITE do direct table updates?
A.11 No. Process Runner LITE cannot do direct table updates.
Q.12 How does Process Runner LITE communicate with SAP?
A.12 Process Runner LITE makes RFC calls to SAP.
Q.13 Does Process Runner LITE support French, German and other European languages?
A.13 Process Runner LITE supports European languages for upload and download operations to and from SAP. Process Runner LITE user interface is available in English(US), German and French.
Q.14 Does Process Runner LITE support Japanese, Chinese and other far eastern languages?
A.14 Process Runner LITE is Unicode aware application. If your SAP server is also Unicode, it will support these languages. However, Process Runner LITE user interface is available in English(US), German (Germany) and French (France) at this time.
Q.15 Will Process Runner LITE work in SAP HCM, Finance, SD, Logistics? What about other modules?
A.15 Yes, Process Runner LITE will work with all of these and other modules you have implemented in SAP system. Please refer to side panel for supported SAP systems.
Q.16 Is Process Runner LITE really free (what is the catch)?
A.16 Yes, Process Runner LITE is really free as long as you comply to Process Runner LITE End User License Agreement. The main catch is that it does not come with any direct customer support.
