Dans notre projet, nous effectuons une conversion de comptes vers SAP, nous optimisons et ajustons toutes les données d’informations principales pour plus de 10,000 comptes. Nous réussissons à le faire grâce au Process Runner d’Innowera – il a amélioré notre performance de maintien de données principales de près de 80%, nous a fait gagner énormément de temps et par-dessus tout, il est vraiment facile à utiliser. La possibilité d’inverser le flot des données d’ « Excel vers SAP » à « SAP vers Excel » a réduit significativement le temps de travail pour les vérifications de données des codes d’entreprises à combinaisons fixes et des numéros de compte.

En moins de deux semaines j’ai successivement créé, testé et mis en pratique plus d’une vingtaine de processus Process Runner pour créer et mettre à jour les données de nos articles principaux, les dossiers d’information achat et factures de nos articles. Tout aussi important, chaque processus utilise un des fichiers standards d’Excel pour les données source et pour confirmer chaque mise à jour. Nous mettons à jour les données principales plus rapidement et de façon plus précise sans changer de processus. Je n’ai pas encore eu d’expérience négative avec la solution Process Runner ou leur support clientèle.

Process Runner est l’outil parfait pour créer en masse et changer des données sous SAP. Il est très simple à utiliser, cela nous économise du temps, c’est facile et les données sous SAP sont plus fiables parce que vous excluez les erreurs d’encodage. Le programme me reconnaît grâce à mon identité d’utilisateur SAP, ce qui signifie que les alertes d’autorisation et d’erreur sont respectées, c’est vraiment complètement sécurisé !! Un grand avantage est que vous n’avez pas besoin de connaître LSMW (Legacy system migration workbench), MASS (Mass maintenance) ou SM35 (Batch input recordings) sous SAP. Je gagne beaucoup de temps !

We are using Process Runner to upload data for production materials on a regular basis, which will help us optimize reporting, increase visibility and ensure that correct data is available at all times to the users. Additionally, have always received most comprehensive and profound support from Innowera and analysis to my requests, which was always done very fast and in a professional and user-friendly way. Furthermore, other options were proposed alongside mine to optimize what I was looking for.

Process Runner was easy to use and to learn and was easy to change from previous similar product we used. We liked the fact that all processes accessible via one application (Transaction, BAPI, GUI Script, Data Extractor). Internal EXCEL book, browsable sheet names, clearly laid out mapper and fantastic EXCEL controls are other nice features we liked. Support was also quick and friendly.
